Abstract
In adult male Wistar rats (200-230 g), nuclear volumes of cells in the adrenal zona glomerulosa exhibit diurnal variation with the peak values at 12 p.m.-3 a.m. and the nadir value at 12 a.m. Diurnal variation of the mitotic index is characterized by high values from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and low values from 12 p.m. to 6 a.m.

在成年雄性Wistar大鼠（200 - 230克）中，肾上腺球状带细胞的核体积呈现昼夜变化，峰值出现在下午12点至凌晨3点，最低点出现在上午12点。有丝分裂指数的昼夜变化特征为上午9点至下午6点的值较高，下午12点至上午6点的值较低。
