Abstract
Diurnal variation in nuclear volumes of cells in the adrenal zona fasciculata was observed in adult male Wistar rats (200-230 g) with a peak level at 24.00-03.00 and the lowest level at 09.00. There was found a diurnal variation in mitotic index with a peak value at 06.00-09.00 and a trough at 18.00-24.00.

在成年雄性Wistar大鼠（200 - 230克）中观察到肾上腺束状带细胞的核体积存在昼夜变化，在24:00 - 03:00达到峰值水平，在09:00达到最低水平。还发现有丝分裂指数存在昼夜变化，在06:00 - 09:00达到峰值，在18:00 - 24:00达到谷值。
