'Pasteurella' anatipestifer (Pa) isolates from local ducks were typed by slide and tube agglutination tests using antisera against representative strains of existing serotypes. As the strains of serotype 13 and serotype 17 were found to be serologically identical, it is proposed that they be jointly designated as serotype 13. It is also proposed that the English serotype P, represented by strain HPRS 2565, be adopted as a replacement for the existing serotype 4 which has been excluded as Pa. Three new serotypes were identified among the 352 isolates from ducks in Singapore. It is proposed that these new serotypes be designated as serotypes 17, 18 and 19 under the present classification system.
使用针对现有血清型代表性菌株的抗血清,通过玻片和试管凝集试验对从本地鸭分离出的“鸭疫里默氏杆菌”(Pa)菌株进行分型。由于发现血清型13和血清型17的菌株在血清学上相同,建议将它们共同指定为血清型13。还建议采用以菌株HPRS 2565为代表的英文血清型P,以替代已被排除为鸭疫里默氏杆菌的现有血清型4。在新加坡从鸭分离出的352株菌株中鉴定出3个新血清型。建议根据目前的分类系统将这些新血清型指定为血清型17、18和19。
