A five-level analytical framework is employed in order to critically analyze Martha E. Rogers' science of unitary human beings. Philosophical and epistemological threads are followed in an attempt to evaluate the coherence and comprehensiveness of her theoretical work. The interconnectedness between the five levels is demonstrated, and areas of debate and concern are elucidated. The philosophical and epistemological tapestry emerging from Rogers' theoretical thinking is found to reflect coherence in her philosophical and epistemological positions and beauty in the pattern found therein. The challenge lies in finding innovative methods of inquiry congruent with Rogers' view.
