Abstract

This article provides a broad overview of simulation use in nursing education. An example of a simulation experience focusing on the development and debriefing of a medication safety exercise is presented based on a theoretic approach. Questions for future consideration by nursing educators and researchers are also presented with the ultimate goal of producing safer patient care and more deliberate reflecting practitioners.

本文对模拟在护理教育中的应用进行了全面概述。基于一种理论方法，给出了一个以药物安全演练的开发与汇报为重点的模拟体验示例。还提出了护理教育工作者和研究人员未来需要考虑的问题，其最终目标是实现更安全的患者护理以及培养更善于深思熟虑的从业者。
