Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To study the aqueous chemical constituents of the flower buds of Eugenia caryophylla.

METHODS

The compounds were isolated by HP-20 resin column chromatography, RP-C18 column chromatography, preparative RP-C18 thin-layer chromatography, preparative RP-C18 high performance liquid chromatography, and their structures were established by NMR and MS evidences.

RESULTS

Five compounds were separated from the water extracts. Their structures were identified as quercetin-3-O-glucuronide (1), quercetin-3-O-glucuronide 6"-methyl ester (2), quercetin-3-O-glucopy-ranoside (3) , eugenyl-beta-rutinoside (4) and myricetin (5).

CONCLUSION

Compounds 1-4 are isolated from the genus for the first time.

目的

研究丁香花芽的水化学成分。

方法

通过HP - 20树脂柱色谱、RP - C18柱色谱、制备型RP - C18薄层色谱、制备型RP - C18高效液相色谱分离化合物,并通过核磁共振(NMR)和质谱(MS)证据确定其结构。

结果

从水提取物中分离出5种化合物。其结构被鉴定为槲皮素 - 3 - O - 葡萄糖醛酸苷(1)、槲皮素 - 3 - O - 葡萄糖醛酸苷6'' - 甲酯(2)、槲皮素 - 3 - O - 葡萄糖吡喃糖苷(3)、丁香酚 - β - 芸香糖苷(4)和杨梅素(5)。

结论

化合物1 - 4首次从该属中分离得到。
