To study on the chemical constituents from the stem of Gymnema sylvestre.
The constituents were extracted by percolation with ethanol. Then the extract was separated by systemic solvent separation methods. The part of n-butanol extract was isolated and purified by macroporous adsorptive resins, silica gel column chromatography, sephadex gel column chromatography and recrystallization. The isolated compounds were identified by spectrum methods.
Eight compounds were isolated and identified as fallows: Conduritol A(I), 1-Heptadecanol(II), Stigmasterol glucoside(III), 1-Quercitol(IV), 1-Octadecanol(V), Potassium nitrate(VI), Lupeol cinnamate(VII), Stigmasterol(VIII).
Chemical compounds II, III, V, VII are firstly obtained from this plant.
研究匙羹藤茎的化学成分。
用乙醇渗漉法提取成分。然后通过系统溶剂分离法对提取物进行分离。正丁醇提取物部分通过大孔吸附树脂、硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱和重结晶进行分离和纯化。通过光谱方法鉴定分离得到的化合物。
分离鉴定出8种化合物,如下所示:昆布醇A(I)、十七烷醇(II)、豆甾醇葡萄糖苷(III)、槲皮醇(IV)、十八烷醇(V)、硝酸钾(VI)、羽扇豆醇肉桂酸酯(VII)、豆甾醇(VIII)。
化合物II、III、V、VII首次从该植物中获得。
