In Belgium, three laws intervene notions close to advanced directives: the law of 13th June 1986 referring to organ removal and transplant, the law of 28 May 2002 concerning euthanasia and finally the law of 22 August 2002 relating to patients' rights. Which are the main ethical stakes of these laws? This article tries to answer this question and it will show the common stake of the last two laws: the respect of the patient's moral integrity.
在比利时，有三项法律涉及与生前预嘱相近的概念：1986年6月13日关于器官摘除与移植的法律、2002年5月28日关于安乐死的法律以及2002年8月22日关于患者权利的法律。这些法律的主要伦理要点有哪些？本文试图回答这一问题，并将揭示后两项法律的共同要点：对患者道德完整性的尊重。
