Haplotype frequencies for 11 Y-chromosomal short tandem repeats (STRs) included in the PowerPlex Y Systems (Promega) were determined in a sample of 275 unrelated healthy male individuals of Chinese Manchu ethnic group living in Liaoning (northeast of China). A total of 238 haplotypes were identified, of which 215 were unique, 14 were found in two individuals, 6 were shared in three individuals, 1 was shared in four individuals, and 2 were shared in five individuals. The observed haplotype diversity value and discrimination capacity were 0.9985 and 0.8654, respectively.
在居住于辽宁（中国东北部）的275名满族健康男性无关个体样本中，测定了PowerPlex Y系统（普洛麦格公司）中包含的11个Y染色体短串联重复序列（STR）的单倍型频率。共鉴定出238种单倍型，其中215种是独特的，14种在两个个体中出现，6种在三个个体中共有，1种在四个个体中共有，2种在五个个体中共有。观察到的单倍型多样性值和鉴别能力分别为0.9985和0.8654。
