To investigate the growth inhibiting and apoptosis inducing mechanisms of different matches of Tanshinone IIA and Salvianolic Acid B on Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia Cells (HL-60).
The HL-60s' growth inhibition and apoptosis-induced rates were detected by MTT reduction assay and flow cytometry with various matches of TanIIA and SalB.
The HL-60s' growth inhibition and apoptosis-induced rates were found higher in the group of TanIIA plus SalB than other single groups, and in the group TanIIA-SalB (10-5 microg/ml) they were the highest (P<0.05).
TanIIA and SalB both have obviously growth inhibiting and apoptosis inducing effect, and union groups show stronger effect than any single group, while different matching proportion results in different growth inhibiting and apoptosis inducing action.
探讨丹参酮ⅡA与丹酚酸B不同配比组合对急性早幼粒细胞白血病细胞(HL-60)的生长抑制及凋亡诱导机制。
采用MTT比色法及流式细胞术检测不同配比的丹参酮ⅡA与丹酚酸B组合对HL-60细胞的生长抑制率及凋亡诱导率。
丹参酮ⅡA与丹酚酸B联合用药组对HL-60细胞的生长抑制率及凋亡诱导率高于其他单药组,其中丹参酮ⅡA-丹酚酸B(10-5μg/ml)组最高(P<0.05)。
丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B均有明显的生长抑制及凋亡诱导作用,联合用药组作用强于任一单药组,且不同配比组合的生长抑制及凋亡诱导作用不同。
