To study the conditions of extraction of active fraction in Rhizoma et Radix Ligustici by supercritical CO2 extraction (SFE).
Using the content of ferulic acid as the index, conditions for the extraction including extracting pressure, extracting temperature, temperature of resolution and extracting time were optimized by uniform design.
The best SFE conclusions were as follows: cosolvent was 50% ethanol (ml/g), extracting pressure was 40 MPa, extracting temperature was 50 degrees C, pressure of resolution was 6 MPa, temperature of resolution was 50 degrees C, extracting time was 3.5 hours.
The optimum extraction has high extraction ratio of active fraction in Rhizoma et Radix Ligustici, so it is reasonable and practicable.

以阿魏酸含量为指标,采用均匀设计法对萃取压力、萃取温度、解析温度和萃取时间等萃取条件进行优化。
最佳SFE条件如下:夹带剂为50%乙醇(ml/g),萃取压力为40MPa,萃取温度为50℃,解析压力为6MPa,解析温度为50℃,萃取时间为3.5小时。
该优化萃取方法对川芎有效部位的提取率高,具有合理性和可行性。
