Forty-four patients with impotence were evaluated by intracavernous papaverine injection, penile brachial index (PBI) determination and dynamic cavernosography. The correlation between these diagnostic procedures and their diagnostic value were investigated. It was concluded that the papaverine test is an efficient diagnostic procedure and can be used as the first step for the routine work-up of impotent patients.
对44例阳痿患者进行了海绵体内注射罂粟碱、阴茎肱动脉指数（PBI）测定及动态海绵体造影评估。研究了这些诊断方法之间的相关性及其诊断价值。得出结论，罂粟碱试验是一种有效的诊断方法，可作为阳痿患者常规检查的第一步。
