Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To study the optimum enzyme-solvent extraction conditions of flavonoids from leaves of Ginkgo biloba.

METHODS

To optimize the process by single factor experiments and orthogonal test according to the yield of flavonoids.

RESULTS

The optimum extraction conditions were established as follows: pH 5.7, the concentration of enzyme 0.4 mg/mL, enzymatic hydrolysis temperature 45 degrees C, enzymatic hydrolysis time 2 h, the rate of liquid to material 20:1, extraction temperature 70 degrees C, extraction time 2 h, the concentration of ethanol 70%, the average yield of flavonoids from leaves of Ginkgo biloba was 3.62%.

CONCLUSION

The method is simple and can increase material utility effectively.

目的

研究银杏叶中黄酮类化合物的最佳酶-溶剂提取条件。

方法

根据黄酮类化合物的得率,通过单因素实验和正交试验对工艺进行优化。

结果

确定最佳提取条件如下:pH 5.7,酶浓度0.4 mg/mL,酶解温度45℃,酶解时间2 h,料液比20:1,提取温度70℃,提取时间2 h,乙醇浓度70%,银杏叶中黄酮类化合物的平均得率为3.62%。

结论

该方法简便,能有效提高原料利用率。
