Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To study the optimum extraction technology of total flavonoids from Flower of Eriobotrya japonica.

METHODS

To screen the best extraction technology by single-factor and orthogonal experiment according to the content of total flavonoids.

RESULTS

The optimum conditions were as follows: we extracted three times at 60 degrees C, each time for 1 h and the ratio of raw materials and solution was 1:10.

CONCLUSIONS

The extracting method is fit for the extraction of total flavonoids from Flower of Eriobotrya japonica. It can also provide a scientific basis for manufacture.

目的

研究枇杷花中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。

方法

根据总黄酮含量,通过单因素和正交试验筛选最佳提取工艺。

结果

最佳条件如下:60℃提取3次,每次1小时,料液比为1:10。

结论

该提取方法适用于枇杷花中总黄酮的提取,也可为生产提供科学依据。
