To study the optimum extraction process of the total flavonoids from the flowers of Edgeworthia chrysantha Lindl.
The effect of the concentration of ethanol, extraction time and ratio of material to liquid on the total flavonoid contents were investigated by the orthonogal test with the content of tiliroside as the chemical reference.
The optimum extraction condition was established as follows: the concentration of ethanol 75%, extraction time 1. 5 hours and the ratio of material to liquid 1:9.
The method is simple and feasible, and is the optimum extraction process of the total flavonoids from flowers of Edgeworthia Chrysantha Lindl.
研究结香花中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。
以椴树苷含量为化学对照品,采用正交试验考察乙醇浓度、提取时间和料液比对总黄酮含量的影响。
确定最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度75%,提取时间1.5小时,料液比1∶9。
该方法简便可行,是结香花中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。
