To isolate and identify chemical constituents of Cassia alata.
Compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography with silica gel and Sephadex LH-20, elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 1D and 2D NMR, IR and MS techniques.
Twelve compounds were isolated from C. alata, which were identified as chrysoeriol (1), kaempferol (2), quercetin (3), 5,7,4'-trihydroflavanone (4), kaempferol-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (5), kaempferol-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (6), 17-hydrotetratriacontane (7), n-dotriacontanol (8), n-triacontanol (9), palmitic acid ceryl ester (10), stearic acid (11), palmitic acid (12).
Compounds 3-12 were isolated from C. alata for the first time.
分离并鉴定翅荚决明的化学成分。
采用硅胶柱色谱和葡聚糖凝胶LH - 20柱色谱对化合物进行分离纯化,通过一维和二维核磁共振、红外光谱和质谱等光谱方法对其进行结构解析。
从翅荚决明中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为芹菜素(1)、山柰酚(2)、槲皮素(3)、5,7,4'-三羟基黄酮(4)、山柰酚-3 - O - β - D - 葡萄糖苷(5)、山柰酚-3 - O - β - D - 葡萄糖基 - (1→6) - β - D - 葡萄糖苷(6)、17 - 羟基三十四烷(7)、正三十二醇(8)、正三十醇(9)、棕榈酸蜡酯(10)、硬脂酸(11)、棕榈酸(12)。
化合物3 - 12首次从翅荚决明中分离得到。
