Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To study the chemical constituents of leaves of Albizia chinensis.

METHOD

The chemical constituents were isolated and repeatedly purified with column chromatography. The structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic methods.

RESULT

Eight compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of the leaves of A. chinensis and their structures were elucidated as quercetin 3'-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-3-O-rutinoside (1), kaempferol 3,7-di-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), rutin (3), D-pinitol (4), luteolin 7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (5), (+)-lyoniresinol 3alpha-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (6), (-)-lyoniresinol 3alpha-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (7), syringin (8).

CONCLUSION

Compound 1, 2, 4, 6-8 were isolated from this genus for the first time, and compound 3 and 5 were obtained from this plant for the first time.

目的

研究楹树叶片的化学成分。

方法

采用柱色谱法对化学成分进行分离和反复纯化。通过理化性质和光谱方法对结构进行鉴定。

结果

从楹树叶片的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到8个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为槲皮素3'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-3-O-芸香糖苷(1)、山柰酚3,7-二-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、芦丁(3)、D-松醇(4)、木犀草素7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、(+)-裂环马钱子素3α-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、(-)-裂环马钱子素3α-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、紫丁香苷(8)。

结论

化合物1、2、4、6 - 8为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物3和5为首次从该植物中获得。
