To study the chemical constituents of Oxytropis microphylla.
The compounds were isolated and purified by various column chromatographic techniques and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis (EI-MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR).
Eight compounds were isolated and identified as kaempferol (1), baicalein (2), 5-hydroxy-7, 8, 4'-trimethoxyflavone (3), stigmasterol (4), stigmast-4-en-3beta-ol (5), beta-sitosterol (6), lupenol (7), dehydrocostus lactone (8).
All compounds were isolated for the first time from this plant, compounds 2, 3, 5, and 8 were isolated for the first time from this genus.

采用多种柱色谱技术对化合物进行分离纯化,并通过光谱分析(EI-MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR)确定其结构。
分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为山柰酚(1)、黄芩素(2)、5-羟基-7,8,4'-三甲氧基黄酮(3)、豆甾醇(4)、豆甾-4-烯-3β-醇(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、羽扇豆醇(7)、去氢木香内酯(8)。
所有化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物2、3、5和8为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
