Abstract
Prepancreatic portal vein is an extremely rare congenital anomaly. It is even rarer in the setting of intestinal nonrotation. We report a case of prepancreatic portal vein in a 71-year-old female with nonrotation who presented with a pancreatic adenocarcinoma in the tail of the pancreas who underwent a distal pancreatectomy and splenectomy. This anomaly was identified prior to surgery on CT scan of the abdomen.

胰前门静脉是一种极其罕见的先天性异常。在肠旋转不良的情况下更为罕见。我们报告了一例 71 岁女性非旋转性胰前门静脉病例，该患者患有胰腺尾部腺癌，行胰尾部切除术和脾切除术。该异常在腹部 CT 扫描术前即被识别。
