It is well known that the male rats paired with receptive females emit the 22-kHz vocalization after ejaculation. The question addressed is whether after ejaculation injected with PCA without receptive females the 22-kHz call would be emitted. Emission of the 22-kHz call in males injected by PCA was not observed after ejaculation.
众所周知，与处于接受期的雌性交配的雄鼠在射精后会发出22千赫的叫声。所探讨的问题是，在没有处于接受期的雌性的情况下，射精后注射苯环利定的雄鼠是否会发出22千赫的叫声。在射精后，未观察到注射苯环利定的雄鼠发出22千赫的叫声。
