Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To study the chemical constituents of Viola tianshanica.

METHOD

Compounds were isolated by silica column, pharmadex LH-20 column and polyamide column, and their structures were elucidated by UV, IR, ESI-MS and NMR.

RESULT

Six compounds were isolated and identified as daucosterol (1), kaempferol-7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), kaempferol- 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), isorhamnetin-3-O-beta-glucoside (4), kaempferol (5) and quercetin (6).

CONCLUSION

Compounds 2-5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.

目的

研究天山堇菜的化学成分。

方法

采用硅胶柱、葡聚糖凝胶LH - 20柱和聚酰胺柱进行化合物分离,通过紫外光谱(UV)、红外光谱(IR)、电喷雾电离质谱(ESI - MS)和核磁共振(NMR)对其结构进行鉴定。

结果

分离鉴定出6个化合物,分别为胡萝卜苷(1)、山柰酚 - 7 - O - β - D - 吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、山柰酚 - 3 - O - β - D - 吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、异鼠李素 - 3 - O - β - 葡萄糖苷(4)、山柰酚(5)和槲皮素(6)。

结论

化合物2 - 5首次从该植物中分离得到。
