Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To observe the preventive effect of xinmaikang capsule against acute myocardial ischemia in coronary artery occlusion dogs.

METHODS

25 healthy hybrids dogs, male and female, were randomly divided into control group (physiological saline solution), 40 mg/kg Di'aoxinxuekang Group, xinmaikang low doses (1.55 g/kg), median doses (3.10 g/kg) and high doses (6.20 g/kg) group, 5 dogs a group. The left downwards coronary arteries of dogs were ligated to establish the acute myocardial ischemia model. The blood gas analysis, myocardial enzyme detection, blood pressure,heart rate and epicardial electrogram recorded were detected before and after the stomach lavage. 240 min later, the myocardial tissues were stained with NBT technology to examine the sizes of infarction areas.

RESULTS

(1) Each dose of xinmaikang capsule could increase coronary artery blood flow (CBF) and reduce the coronary resistance (CVR) (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). (2) The median and high doses of xinmaikang capsule could decrease myocardial oxygen consumption significantly (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01); (3) In the median and high doses of the xinmaikang capsule groups, the infarction areas decreased significantly (P < 0.01). (4) Serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and Creatine phosphokinase (CPK) levels decreased significantly (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) in all xinmaikang groups.

CONCLUSION

Xinmaikang capsule has the effect of anti-myocardial ischemia and can protect myocardial cells, which is a potential drug and precaution treatment for myocardial ischemia.

摘要

目的

观察心脉康胶囊对冠状动脉结扎犬急性心肌缺血的预防作用。

方法

将25只健康杂种犬(雌雄不限)随机分为对照组(生理盐水)、40mg/kg地奥心血康组、心脉康低剂量(1.55g/kg)、中剂量(3.10g/kg)和高剂量(6.20g/kg)组,每组5只。结扎犬左冠状动脉下行支建立急性心肌缺血模型。灌胃前后检测血气分析、心肌酶检测、血压、心率及记录的心外膜心电图。240分钟后,采用NBT技术对心肌组织进行染色,观察梗死面积大小。

结果

(1)心脉康胶囊各剂量组均可增加冠状动脉血流量(CBF),降低冠状动脉阻力(CVR)(P<0.05或P<0.01)。(2)心脉康胶囊中、高剂量组可显著降低心肌耗氧量(P<0.05或P<0.01);(3)心脉康胶囊中、高剂量组梗死面积显著减小(P<0.01)。(4)心脉康各剂量组血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)水平均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。

结论

心脉康胶囊具有抗心肌缺血作用,能保护心肌细胞,是一种有潜力的抗心肌缺血药物及预防性治疗药物。
