To study the flavonoids constituents of Trachelospemum jasminoides.
The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography with silica gel, and identified by IR, MS, NMR and 2D-NMR.
Six flavonoids were identified as apigenin (I), apigenin 7-O-beta-glucoside (II), apigenin 7-O-beta-neospheroside (III), luteoloside (IV), narngin (V) 6,8-di-C-glucopyanosylapigenin (VI), respectively.
Compounds V and VI are isolated from this plant for the first time.

采用硅胶柱色谱法对化合物进行分离纯化,并通过红外光谱(IR)、质谱(MS)、核磁共振(NMR)和二维核磁共振(2D-NMR)进行鉴定。
鉴定出6种黄酮类化合物,分别为芹菜素(I)、芹菜素7-O-β-葡萄糖苷(II)、芹菜素7-O-β-新橙皮糖苷(III)、木犀草苷(IV)、橙皮苷(V)、6,8-二-C-葡萄糖基芹菜素(VI)。
化合物V和VI首次从该植物中分离得到。
