Abstract

Laboratory experiments in animals have shown that the non-ionic constrast medium metrizamide is well tolerated by the central nervous system. The preliminary clinical experiences have confirmed this exceptional tolerance. The extremely weak epileptogenic action of this compound represents the most important progress.
