Abstract

A fluorodensitometric method was developed for the determination of baclofen. The method is based on the reaction of baclofen with 4-chloro-7-nitrobenzofurazan and measurement of the fluorescence intensity at 540 nm after chromatographic separation on a silica-gel plate. A linear relationship was found between relative fluorescence intensity and concentration over the range 4-100 ng of baclofen per spot. The detection and determination limits are 0.4 and 4.0 ng of baclofen per spot, respectively. The method was applied to human plasma. The recovery of baclofen from plasma was 96.67%.

开发了一种用于测定巴氯芬的荧光密度测定法。该方法基于巴氯芬与4-氯-7-硝基苯并呋喃唑的反应,并在硅胶板上进行色谱分离后测量540nm处的荧光强度。发现斑点中每4-100ng巴氯芬的相对荧光强度与浓度之间存在线性关系。检测限和定量限分别为斑点中每0.4ng和4.0ng巴氯芬。该方法应用于人体血浆。巴氯芬从血浆中的回收率为96.67%。
