This case report demonstrates a 90-year-old female patient who had an amelanotic subungual melanoma of the right hallux. As usual non healing ulcer of the nail bed was initially misdiagnosed. Finally melanoma spread to the groin lymph nodes and induced lymphedema of the leg leading to the right diagnosis. Acral lesion requires early biopsy if any clinical uncertainty exists.
本病例报告展示了一位90岁的女性患者，她患有右拇趾甲下无黑色素性黑色素瘤。起初，甲床的寻常性不愈合溃疡被误诊。最终，黑色素瘤扩散至腹股沟淋巴结并导致腿部淋巴水肿，从而得出正确诊断。如果临床上存在任何不确定性，肢端病变需要早期活检。
