To specify ultrasonography potentialities in differential diagnosis of pleural exudates, 71 patients with exudative pleurisy varying in etiology have been examined. Characteristic aspects of ultrasonic pattern were determined for exudates of different origin. Ultrasonography proved an adequate diagnostic tool in differentiating pleural exudates.
为明确超声检查在胸腔积液鉴别诊断中的潜力，对71例病因各异的渗出性胸膜炎患者进行了检查。确定了不同来源胸腔积液的超声特征。超声检查被证明是鉴别胸腔积液的一种充分的诊断工具。
