唐山地区汉族脑梗死患者白细胞介素-6基因启动子-572C/G的基因多态性研究

AIM
To study the genetic polymorphisms of IL-6 gene promoter-572C/G in Han population with cerebral infarction of Tangshan area.
METHODS
The IL-6 gene promoter-572C/G polymorphism were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) analysis among 157 cases with cerebral infarction.
RESULTS
In Hans population with cerebral infarction and healthy controls, the frequencies of C allele was higher than that of G allele. The genotype distribution of IL-6 gene promoter-572C/G fitted Hardy-Weinberg balance. The distributions of genotype and alleles were not different between female and male.
CONCLUSION
The IL-6 gene site exists -572C/G polymorphism among Han population with cerebral infarction of Tangshan area. C allele is common gene and G allele rare gene.
目的
研究唐山地区汉族脑梗死人群白细胞介素-6（IL-6）基因启动子-572C/G的基因多态性。
方法
采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性（PCR-RFLP）分析法检测157例脑梗死患者白细胞介素-6基因启动子-572C/G多态性。
结果
汉族脑梗死患者及健康对照者中，C等位基因频率高于G等位基因频率。IL-6基因启动子-572C/G基因型分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡。基因型和等位基因在男性和女性之间的分布无差异。
结论
唐山地区汉族脑梗死人群中IL-6基因位点存在-572C/G多态性。C等位基因为常见基因，G等位基因为罕见基因。
