We aimed to investigate and compare sonographic abnormalities in the substantia nigra (SN) in patients with idiopathic restless legs syndrome (iRLS), those with RLS and Parkinson's disease (RLS-PD), those with idiopathic Parkinson's disease (iPD), and healthy controls. Study participants totaled 60 patients with RLS (41 iRLS, 19 RLS-PD), 25 iPD patients, and 35 age-matched healthy controls. Comparing all groups, the SN region's echogenicity area in the iRLS patients was significantly decreased compared with that in the PD-RLS, iPD, and control groups (p < 0.0001), and the PD-RLS group demonstrated a significantly increased echogenicity area compared with the control group (p < 0.05) and iRLS group (p < 0.0001). We found that the RLS-PD group's sonological results and clinical findings were different from those of the iRLS group.
我们旨在研究并比较特发性不安腿综合征(iRLS)、RLS 合并帕金森病(RLS-PD)、特发性帕金森病(iPD)患者及健康对照组患者黑质(SN)的超声异常。研究对象总计 60 例 RLS 患者(41 例 iRLS,19 例 RLS-PD)、25 例 iPD 患者和 35 名年龄匹配的健康对照组。将所有组进行比较,iRLS 患者的 SN 区域回声面积明显低于 PD-RLS、iPD 和对照组(p<0.0001),而 PD-RLS 组与对照组(p<0.05)和 iRLS 组(p<0.0001)相比回声面积明显增加。我们发现 RLS-PD 组的超声结果和临床发现与 iRLS 组不同。
