Abstract

Two new compounds, myrubol (1) and 3-oxo-11α-hydroxyfriedelane (2), were isolated from the roots of Myrica rubra along with eight known compounds (3-10). Their structures were determined through (1)H-NMR and (13)C-NMR spectral data, including 2-D experiments (HMBC, HMQC, (1)H-(1)H COSY and NOESY) and high-resolution mass spectrometry.

从杨梅根部分离得到两个新化合物，杨梅醇（1）和 3-氧代-11α-羟基friedelane（2），以及另外 8 个已知化合物（3-10）。通过（1）H-NMR 和（13）C-NMR 谱数据，包括 2-D 实验（HMBC、HMQC、（1）H-（1）H COSY 和 NOESY）和高分辨率质谱确定了它们的结构。
