Total duodenal diversion (TDD) is an original and efficient form of surgical treatment for gastroesophageal reflux. This technique was performed in 11 patients for severe esophagitis by first intention or after previous surgery. Results were excellent on reflux but 3 patients developed functional complications of the operation. This morbidity must lead to restrain the indications of the TDD.
全十二指肠转流术（TDD）是一种治疗胃食管反流的原始且有效的手术方式。该技术最初用于11例严重食管炎患者，或用于先前手术后的患者。反流治疗效果极佳，但有3例患者出现了手术相关的功能性并发症。这种发病率必然导致限制TDD的适应症。
