Abstract
The concentration of zinc, magnesium, calcium and lead in four layers of dental hard tissue was analysed in 108 deciduous teeth of children from nine different places of the G.D.R. The result was a contrary gradient from enamel to dentine of magnesium in comparison with zinc, lead and calcium.
