Abstract
A study was made of seroconversion in respect of Coxsackie B 1-6 viruses in 33 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and in 25 normal persons. A considerable increase of the rate of demonstration and titres of type-specific neutralizing antibodies was revealed in the patients examined. This circumstance suggests the etiologic relationship between DCMP and Coxsackie B viral infection.
摘要
对33例扩张型心肌病患者和25名正常人进行了柯萨奇B1 - 6病毒血清转化情况的研究。在所检查的患者中，发现型特异性中和抗体的检出率和滴度有显著增加。这一情况提示扩张型心肌病与柯萨奇B病毒感染之间存在病因学关系。
