To investigate the chemical constituents in the leaves of Lindera aggregate.
Compounds were separated by column chromatography with silica gel and ODS. The structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis (1H-NMR, 13C-NMR).
Eight compounds were isolated and identified as: quercetin-3-O-L-rhamnoside(1), kaempferol-3-O-L-rhamnoside(2), kaempferol(3), dihydrokaempferol-3-O-L-rhamnoside (4), quercetin (5), quercetin-3-O-alpha-D-arabinofuranoside (6), quercetin-3-O-alpha-D-glucopyranoside(7), kaempferol-3-O-D-glucopyranoside(8).
Compounds 2,4 and 8 are obtained from Lindera aggregata for the first time.
研究聚合山胡椒叶中的化学成分。
采用硅胶柱色谱和ODS柱色谱分离化合物。通过理化性质和光谱分析(1H-NMR、13C-NMR)鉴定结构。
分离鉴定出8个化合物,分别为:槲皮素-3-O-L-鼠李糖苷(1)、山柰酚-3-O-L-鼠李糖苷(2)、山柰酚(3)、二氢山柰酚-3-O-L-鼠李糖苷(4)、槲皮素(5)、槲皮素-3-O-α-D-阿拉伯呋喃糖苷(6)、槲皮素-3-O-α-D-葡萄糖吡喃糖苷(7)、山柰酚-3-O-D-葡萄糖吡喃糖苷(8)。
化合物2、4和8首次从聚合山胡椒中获得。
