To observe the allergenicity of chlorogenic acid (CA) in Qingkailing injection.
CA was administrated to Beagle dogs through intravenous injection, and on experimental allergic sensitization of guinea pigs, it was through intraperitoneal and intravenous injection. The behavioral changes of Beagle dogs and guinea pigs were observed, and changes of the content of histamine, IgE, IgG, IgM, ECP and IL-4 in blood were detected. Then the allergenicity of CA was determined by experimental anaphylactoid and allergic methods.
There were no typical behavioral changes and increasement of the content of histamine, IgE, IgG, IgM, ECP and IL-4 in blood.
CA can not provoke anaphylactoid and allergic reactions.
观察清开灵注射液中绿原酸(CA)的致敏性。
对比格犬采用静脉注射给予CA,对豚鼠进行实验性过敏致敏时采用腹腔注射和静脉注射。观察比格犬和豚鼠的行为变化,检测血液中组胺、IgE、IgG、IgM、ECP和IL-4含量的变化。然后通过实验性类过敏和过敏方法确定CA的致敏性。
未出现典型行为变化,血液中组胺、IgE、IgG、IgM、ECP和IL-4含量也未增加。
CA不会引发类过敏和过敏反应。
