OBJECTIVE
To study the chemical constituents of roots of Rumex patientia.
METHODS
The compounds were separated and purified by silica column chromatopraphy, Sephadex LH-20 and identified by several spectroscopic methods.
RESULTS
Seven constituents were identified as nepodin (1), nepodin-8-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), chrysophanol-8-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), emodin-6-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (4), emodin-8-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (5), 1, 3, 5-trihydroxy-7-methylanthraquinone (6), physcion-8-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (7), respectively.
CONCLUSION
Compound 1 is isolated from this plant for the first time and compound 6 is isolated from Rumex L. for the first time.
目的
研究皱叶酸模根的化学成分。
方法
采用硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶LH - 20对化合物进行分离纯化,并通过多种光谱方法进行鉴定。
结果
鉴定出7种成分,分别为尼泊尔蓼素(1)、尼泊尔蓼素-8 - O-β - D - 吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、大黄酚-8 - O-β - D - 吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、大黄素-6 - O-β - D - 吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、大黄素-8 - O-β - D - 吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、1, 3, 5 - 三羟基-7 - 甲基蒽醌(6)、大黄素甲醚-8 - O-β - D - 吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)。
结论
化合物1首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物6首次从酸模属植物中分离得到。
