To study the chemical constituents of roots and stems of Nardostachys chinensis.
The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography including silica gel, Diaion HP-20, Sephadex LH-20, ODS, and HPLC. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data analyses.
Six compounds were isolated and identified as 8-hydroxypinoresinol-4-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), 8-hydroxypinoresinol-4'-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), 8-hydroxypinoresinol-4-O-(beta-D-glucopyranosyl) 4'-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), cycloolivil 6-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside(4), ferulic acid (5), chlorogenic acid methyl ester (6).
All the compounds are isolated from this genus for the first time.
研究甘青青兰根和茎的化学成分。
采用硅胶柱色谱、Diaion HP - 20、Sephadex LH - 20、ODS柱色谱及高效液相色谱法对化学成分进行分离纯化,并通过光谱数据分析鉴定其结构。
分离鉴定出6个化合物,分别为8 - 羟基松脂醇 - 4 - O - β - D - 吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、8 - 羟基松脂醇 - 4'- O - β - D - 吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、8 - 羟基松脂醇 - 4 - O - (β - D - 吡喃葡萄糖基)4'- O - β - D - 吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、环橄榄脂素6 - O - β - D - 吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、阿魏酸(5)、绿原酸甲酯(6)。
所有化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
