[Flavonoid glycosides from Androsace umbellata].

Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To study the chemical constituents of Androsace umbellata.

METHOD

Many chromatography means were used in separation and purification, and the structures of all compounds were identified by the means of spectroscopic analysis and physico-chemical properties.

RESULT

10 compounds were elucidated as kaempferol 3-O-(3-O-acetyl-)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside(1), kaempferol 3-O-(2-O-acetyl-)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside(2), kaempferol 7-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside(3), kaempferol 3-O-alpha-L- rhamnopyranoside(4), kaempferol 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside(5), kaempferol 3-O-(3-O-acetyl-)-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl-7-O-alpha-L- rhamnopyranoside(6), kaempferml 3-O-(4-O-acetyl-)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-7-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside(7), quercetin 3-O-alpha-L- rhamnopyranoside(8), quercetin 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside(9) and myricetin 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (10), respectively.

CONCLUSION

All compounds were obtained from the title plant for the first time.

目的

研究点地梅的化学成分。

方法

采用多种色谱手段进行分离纯化,并通过光谱分析和理化性质鉴定所有化合物的结构。

结果

分别鉴定出10种化合物,即山柰酚3 - O -(3 - O - 乙酰基)-α - L - 鼠李糖苷(1)、山柰酚3 - O -(2 - O - 乙酰基)-α - L - 鼠李糖苷(2)、山柰酚7 - O -α - L - 鼠李糖苷(3)、山柰酚3 - O -α - L - 鼠李糖苷(4)、山柰酚3 - O -β - D - 葡萄糖苷(5)、山柰酚3 - O -(3 - O - 乙酰基)-α - L - 鼠李糖基 - 7 - O -α - L - 鼠李糖苷(6)、山柰酚3 - O -(4 - O - 乙酰基)-α - L - 鼠李糖基 - 7 - O -α - L - 鼠李糖苷(7)、槲皮素3 - O -α - L - 鼠李糖苷(8)、槲皮素3 - O -β - D - 葡萄糖苷(9)和杨梅素3 - O -β - D - 葡萄糖苷(10)。

结论

所有化合物均首次从该植物中获得。
