Abstract
The nuclear genome of Syrian hamster virrion non-producer tumor contains the Rous sarcoma virus-specific nucleotide sequences. The information complexity of the proviral DNA from its tumor is similar to that for the DNA of Rous chicken sarcoma. The proviral DNA both in the hamster and chicken tumor consists of moderately reiterated and unique sequences. The avian oncornavirus-specific sequences are absent in the DNA of normal hamster tissue.

叙利亚仓鼠病毒颗粒非产生性肿瘤的核基因组含有劳斯肉瘤病毒特异性核苷酸序列。其肿瘤中前病毒DNA的信息复杂性与劳斯鸡肉瘤DNA的相似。仓鼠和鸡肉瘤中的前病毒DNA均由中度重复序列和单一序列组成。正常仓鼠组织的DNA中不存在禽肿瘤病毒特异性序列。
