BACKGROUND
Fungal endogenous endophthalmitis in a healthy individual without any predisposing factors is very uncommon. It can occur in intravenous drug abusers, where Aspergillus is more frequently isolated as the causative organism.
CASE
We treated an unusual case of culture-proven endogenous Aspergillus endophthalmitis who was immunocompetent and was not an intravenous drug user. The affected eye was successfully treated with repeated intravitreal, intracameral and intrastromal injections of amphotericin B and anterior chamber wash.
CONCLUSION
Endogenous fungal endophthalmitis can occur in healthy individuals.
背景
在没有任何诱发因素的健康个体中，真菌性内源性眼内炎非常罕见。它可发生在静脉药物滥用者中，曲霉菌作为致病微生物更常被分离出来。
病例
我们治疗了一例经培养证实的内源性曲霉菌性眼内炎的不寻常病例，患者免疫功能正常且不是静脉药物滥用者。通过反复玻璃体内、前房内和基质内注射两性霉素B以及前房冲洗，患眼得到了成功治疗。
结论
内源性真菌性眼内炎可发生在健康个体中。
