Abstract

The content of lead was examined in the shed milk teeth of 45 6-year-old children. The data were analyzed with consideration of the environment, amounts of lead entering the body. Approaches are substantiated to the interpretation of results of determination of lead in biomaterial and their use as an exposition test.

对45名6岁儿童脱落的乳牙中的铅含量进行了检测。结合环境、进入体内的铅量对数据进行了分析。阐述了生物材料中铅含量测定结果的解释方法及其作为暴露试验的用途。
