Abstract

Dioxidine sensitivity of 7291 strains of aerobic bacteria and 163 strains of anaerobic bacteria was assayed with the disk diffusion method. The sensitivity of the aerobes was studied in the time course from 1984 to 1988. It was shown that during the 5-year period, the sensitivity of gram-positive bacteria to dioxidine gradually decreased. At the same time no increase in resistance of gram-negative organisms to dioxidine was observed. A high dioxidine sensitivity of obligate anaerobes, i.e. Clostridium spp., Bacteroides spp., Fusobacterium spp., anaerobic cocci and others was demonstrated.

采用纸片扩散法测定了7291株需氧菌和163株厌氧菌对二氧嗪的敏感性。对需氧菌的敏感性在1984年至1988年期间进行了时间进程研究。结果表明,在这5年期间,革兰氏阳性菌对二氧嗪的敏感性逐渐降低。同时,未观察到革兰氏阴性菌对二氧嗪的耐药性增加。结果显示专性厌氧菌,即梭菌属、拟杆菌属、梭杆菌属、厌氧球菌等对二氧嗪具有较高的敏感性。
