Abstract
The concentration of neuron specific enolase (NSE) and autoantibodies (aAB) to it were studied in lacrimal and intraocular fluids in 9 patients with open-angle glaucoma (OAG) and 17 patients without this condition using ELISA. NSE concentration in lacrimalfluid of patients with OAG was showed to be 22 times as high and aAB 2 times as high as in control group.
摘要
采用酶联免疫吸附测定法（ELISA），对9例开角型青光眼（OAG）患者和17例非开角型青光眼患者的泪液和眼内液中神经元特异性烯醇化酶（NSE）的浓度及其自身抗体（aAB）进行了研究。结果显示，OAG患者泪液中NSE的浓度是对照组的22倍，aAB是对照组的2倍。
