In this study, the in vitro activity of aztreonam was compared with that of cefoperazone and ceftriaxone against 1000 gram-negative bacilli. Among gram-negative bacteria, resistance to aztreonam, cefoperazone and ceftriaxone were noted 2.7%, 11.3%, 11.5% respectively. The results obtained in this study indicate that aztreonam is highly effective against gram-negative bacilli.
在本研究中,将氨曲南与头孢哌酮和头孢曲松对1000株革兰氏阴性杆菌的体外活性进行了比较。在革兰氏阴性菌中,对氨曲南、头孢哌酮和头孢曲松的耐药率分别为2.7%、11.3%、11.5%。本研究获得的结果表明,氨曲南对革兰氏阴性杆菌具有高效性。
