The differential diagnostic criteria of paroxysmal reciprocating atrioventricular tachycardias were evaluated on the basis of a study of two clinical cases. Noninvasive (transoesophageal) electrophysiological methods were used. Evaluation of the trigger mechanism of arrhythmia, its form in comparison with data of Holter monitoring and vegetative testing allows to institute adequate antiarrhythmic therapy.
