Dipyridamol does not have a proven, clinically significant antithrombotic effect. Treatment is relatively expensive. Dipyridamol can cause ischaemia of the heart muscle in patients with ischaemic heart disease. Dipyridamol administration as part of antithrombotic treatment should therefore be selective. Large does can be used as a supplementary loading test for detection of the ischaemic focus.
双嘧达莫没有经过证实的、具有临床显著意义的抗血栓形成作用。治疗相对昂贵。双嘧达莫可导致缺血性心脏病患者发生心肌缺血。因此，作为抗血栓治疗一部分的双嘧达莫给药应该具有选择性。大剂量可作为检测缺血灶的补充负荷试验。
