Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To investigate the chemical constituents of the root of Ilex cornuta.

METHODS

The constituents were isolated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 gel, medium pressure column and semi-preparative liquid chromatography and their structures were elucidated by chemical properties and spectroscopic analyses.

RESULTS

Ten compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as: Oleanolic acid (1), Siaresinolic acid (2), 28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl pomolic acid (3), Pomolic acid (4), 3beta-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl rotundic acid (5), 3beta-[alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl) oxy]-19alpha-hydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid 28-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (6), Lup-20(29)-en-3beta,23-diol (7), Chikusetsusaponin IV a butyl ester (8), Oleanolic acid-3-O-( 6'-O-methyl)-beta-D-glucuronopyranoside (9), 3-O-[(alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl)-(1 --> 2)]-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl-(6'-O-methyl-ester)-olean-12-ene-28-olic acid (10).

CONCLUSION

Compounds 7 - 10 are isolated from this genus for the first time, and compounds 2 - 6 are isolated from this plant for the first time.

目的

研究枸骨根的化学成分。

方法

采用硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶LH - 20柱色谱、中压柱色谱及半制备液相色谱法分离化合物,并通过化学性质和光谱分析确定其结构。

结果

分离得到10个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为:齐墩果酸(1)、蛇麻脂醇酸(2)、28 - O - β - D - 吡喃葡萄糖基坡模酸(3)、坡模酸(4)、3β - O - α - L - 吡喃阿拉伯糖基圆椎酸(5)、3β - [α - L - 吡喃阿拉伯糖基)氧基] - 19α - 羟基齐墩果 - 12 - 烯 - 28 - 酸28 - β - D - 吡喃葡萄糖基酯(6)、羽扇 - 20(29) - 烯 - 3β,23 - 二醇(7)、竹节人参皂苷IV a丁酯(8)、齐墩果酸 - 3 - O - (6'-O - 甲基) - β - D - 葡萄糖醛酸吡喃糖苷(9)、3 - O - [(α - L - 吡喃阿拉伯糖基) - (1→2)] - β - D - 葡萄糖醛酸吡喃糖基 - (6'-O - 甲基酯) - 齐墩果 - 12 - 烯 - 28 - 醇酸(10)。

结论

化合物7 - 10为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物2 - 6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
