For the recognition of nasal lesions in exposure to non-toxic metallic dusts with crystalline SiO2-content in 100 foundry workers the in vitro determinations of the pH-value as well as the statement of IgA in the serum and nasal discharge were performed by means of simple radial immunodiffusion according to Mancini. The two functional-diagnostic method did not show any significant differences in comparison to the control groups. At present an use in the clinical and occupational-medical practice cannot be recommended.
为了识别100名铸造工人接触含100%结晶二氧化硅的无毒金属粉尘时的鼻部病变,采用根据曼奇尼法的简单放射免疫扩散法对pH值进行了体外测定,并对血清和鼻分泌物中的IgA进行了检测。与对照组相比,这两种功能诊断方法均未显示出任何显著差异。目前,不建议在临床和职业医学实践中使用。
