Abstract

Ganoderma lucidum (Fr.) Karst (Polyporaceae), belonging to basidiomycota, is one of the most famous medicinal mushrooms. This study was carried out to investigate favorable mycelial growth conditions, such as pH, temperature, growth media, carbon sources and nitrogen sources of Korean strains in G. lucidum. The most suitable temperature for the mycelial growth was obtained at 30℃. In general, optimal temperature range for the mycelial growth was found at 2530℃. This Mushroom has a broad pH range (59) for its mycelial growth and mostly favorable growth was found at pH 5. Generally, Hamada, Glucose peptone, YM, Mushroom complete and Lilly media were the most suitable for the mycelial growth of G. lucidum. Among 10 different carbon sources, dextrin, galactose and fructose were best but the rest of other carbon sources also facilitated the growth of mycelia. The most suitable nitrogen sources were ammonium acetate, glycine, arginine and calcium nitrate, but to a certain extent, all of the supplemented nitrogen sources also stimulated the mycelial growth.

灵芝(多孔菌科)属于担子菌门,是最著名的药用真菌之一。本研究旨在探究韩国灵芝菌株菌丝体生长的适宜条件,如pH值、温度、生长培养基、碳源和氮源。菌丝体生长的最适温度为30℃。一般来说,菌丝体生长的最佳温度范围是2530℃。这种蘑菇的菌丝体生长具有较宽的pH范围(59),在pH 5时生长最为有利。一般来说,滨田培养基、葡萄糖蛋白胨培养基、YM培养基、蘑菇完全培养基和利利培养基最适合灵芝菌丝体生长。在10种不同的碳源中,糊精、半乳糖和果糖最佳,但其他碳源也在一定程度上促进了菌丝体的生长。最适宜的氮源是醋酸铵、甘氨酸、精氨酸和硝酸钙,但在一定程度上,所有添加的氮源也都刺激了菌丝体的生长。
