Mycobacterium marinum infection has a worldwide distribution and the organism occupies many aquatic environments. Infections in human consist of nodular cutaneous lesions that can progress to tenosynovitis, arthritis, and osteomyelitis. Case presentation : A 27-year-old man was presented with a history of swelling and exudative erythematous lesions and pustules of the right forearm. He worked as a laborer at an aquarium store. A smear from the walls of the necrotic center when stained for acid-fast bacilli revealed organisms consistent with mycobacteria.
Cutaneous nodular lesion on the hand or forearm of the patient working in aquatic environment, M marinum should be considered in the differential diagnosis.
海分枝杆菌感染在全球范围内均有分布,该菌存在于许多水生环境中。人类感染表现为结节性皮肤损害,可进展为腱鞘炎、关节炎和骨髓炎。病例报告:一名27岁男性,有右前臂肿胀、渗出性红斑性损害及脓疱病史。他在一家水族店做工人。对坏死中心壁进行抗酸杆菌染色涂片检查,发现与分枝杆菌相符的菌体。
在水生环境工作的患者手部或前臂出现皮肤结节性损害时,鉴别诊断应考虑海分枝杆菌感染。
